That’s the quote from the trailer for “Kidnapped for Christ” which freaked me out most on the first watch.
The documentary “chronicles the shocking truth behind Escuela Caribe, a controversial Christian behavior modification program in the Dominican Republic for ‘troubled’ American teens. Unbeknownst to many, these alleged transformational schools exist worldwide, are unregulated by the government, and collectively make up a jaw-dropping billion dollar industry.”
Brainwashing youths for profit? Yay!
So, yeah, set your DVR. This one sounds compelling as all Hell.
