Saw this while walking to the Market Frankford El to head up to the City Council meeting on Thursday morning. It’s not likely there anymore, though, as the woman behind the window was telling a pair of maintenance types that it had to be covered up posthaste as “a lot of police officers walk by there.”
Side note: This picture was taken about two hours before the police commissioner and DA announced that a cop who punched a woman in the face was being charged criminally.
