On Friday, thanks to an invite from city Building Services Administrator Richard Mariano, NewsWorks photographer Kimberly Paynter and I headed way up to the upper reaches of the tower atop Philadelphia’s City Hall to observe Pa. Game Commission officials check in on four three-week-old peregrine falcon chicks.
