Notably decent sports personality Michelle Beadle offered up a fiery-hot anti-red-carpet take during the Grammys pre-show today.

Whether it was sarcasm-marinated or not, I recalled her being involved in some red-carpet action in the past. Lo and behold, it even says so in her wikiography.

Apparently, she took offense to this minimalist approach to research and retort, as shortly thereafter, a DM arrived.

Oh. Ok. I mean, I really don’t know what she meant. But, whatever. It wasn’t overly defensive. And she’s right, I don’t know much about her beyond just following her on Twitter.
But here’s the thing (and this thing does NOT qualify as asking for a follow, because I’m not):
When someone follows you on Twitter, you can send them a direct message. But when you don’t follow that someone to whom you sent a DM, they cannot respond.
Since Ms. Beadle couldn’t see what I responded, I thought this would be a nice venue to share it so maybe someday she’ll know how her DM made me feel.

Also, you should follow her on Twitter.
