Driving home from my new Wednesday Happy Hour Quizzo down at the Crabshack near the Blue Cross RiverRink along Penn’s Landing, we noticed this gentleman dancing on the median near 6th-ish and Spring Garden. (You should totally come to that Quizzo, too. You can get free crab fries and win prizes for free food and drinks.)
Bride Hickey suggested I turn the car radio up when she saw me reaching for my trusty phone at a red light. The result was magnificent.
