I Visited The “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia” Set Today, And It Was A Blast

The good thing about being a wild-card journalist in the city of Philadelphia is being able to cover the “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” crew when it comes to town not-quite-annually to shoot exterior shots for its upcoming season.

It happened in 2007, when I made a fleeting extra-cameo in “The Gang Gets Whacked.”

It happened in 2011, when I met “Fat Mac” on Jeweler’s Row.

And it happened again today, in 2016, when I headed up to 10th and Market to hang out on set for a few hours as they filmed a scene for what is going to be an absolutely amazing episode that I’m embargoed from discussing.

You can read my story about the day on PhillyVoice.

You can also see the fanboy selfies I took with Frank, Charlie and Mac below:

Days like today remind me that I made a good career choice.
