15587. An officer with the Kansas City Police Department is now recovering after a driver hit him with an all-terrain vehicle Saturday night.
15588. A woman is in the hospital after being injured in a hit-and-run in Fort Worth over the weekend. Fort Worth police said witnesses told them a woman was hit by a convertible outside the Rhinestone Saloon on Ellis Avenue and that the driver took off after the collision.
15589. CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 63-year-old man died Thursday after he was hit by multiple vehicles and eventually dragged a mile by another vehicle in the Stockyards neighborhood.
15590. DALLAS – A man was struck and killed by a driver who fled the scene in east Oak Cliff on Sunday night, according to Dallas police.
15591. MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) – One person was killed and another injured in a late Saturday night hit and run. Chief Lee Mixon with the Moncks Corner Police Department said the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. near 1350 US Highway 52. The driver of a black Mazda CX5 struck two people while they were walking to their car.

15593. Authorities have identified the woman struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver Friday night on Route 130 in Pennsauken. Jill Waters, 46, of Philadelphia was hit just before 8 p.m. in the area of North Park Drive, Pennsauken police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
15594. Rochester, N.Y. — A 12-year-old child was hospitalized in life-threatening condition after a sedan struck him early Wednesday morning, according to police.
15595. While sitting in a parked car, Julia Abraham was struck by an 18-year-old driver fleeing from police, Pennsylvania authorities say. The 78-year-old grandmother, who loved ones told WTXF was just “minding her business,” died shortly after the crash, the station reported. Authorities said the driver, meanwhile, fled the scene.
15596. A 32-year-old woman was in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center after a hit-and-run Monday morning in South Seattle, according to police.
15597. LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) – The Lake Charles Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of a pickup truck that was involved in a hit-and-run with a bicyclist.
15598. Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a 70-year-old man dead in the Rancho Park neighborhood of Los Angeles Monday night.
15599. HAMILTON, Butler County — Police are searching for a driver that was involved in a hit-and-run in Hamilton on April 12. A child was flown to an area hospital after being hit by a car in Butler County on Saturday, according to our media partner, WCPO-9 TV.

PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — Police are searching for the vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash Thursday night in the Mayfair neighborhood of Philadelphia. … Investigators at the scene found the shoe about 200 feet away from the location where the woman was found. Police believe the vehicle dragged the woman that distance before she was released and the driver fled the scene.

(WTOC) – The Savannah Police Department is looking for a pickup truck involved in a serious hit-and-run that happened last week on Skidaway Road and E. 49th Street. … The driver of the truck hit a bicyclist and kept going south on Skidaway Road. Police believe there will likely be damage to the front of the truck if you see it.
15602. FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – Police in Fayetteville are asking for help to identify a driver who officers said fatally hit a pedestrian last weekend.
15603. CALEXICO — A man was struck and killed in a hit-and-run collision some time Thursday morning, April 17, according to the Calexico Police Department.
15604. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a child was injured in a hit-and-run Thursday evening in Fairdale. The child was transported to Norton Children’s Hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said in a statement.
15605. DUBLIN, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia State Police are asking for the public’s help in solving a fatal hit-and-run Thursday, April 17.
15606. SEATTLE — Seattle police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a red motorcycle in south Seattle Friday evening. Police said that at around 8:20 p.m., officers responded to reports of a collision involving two pedestrians at Martin Luther King Junior Way South and South Alaska Street.

15608. ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – The Albany Police Department (APD) announced today a victim in a hit-and-run accident was left with serious injuries. Police said they are investigating the accident that occurred on April 17.
15609. SOLON, Ohio (WJW) – A bicyclist was left with serious injuries after a hit-and-run in Solon on Friday.
15610. Fayetteville police are investigating a fatal pedestrian hit and run. Police were called to a home in the 1400 block of Tangora Lane Saturday around 6:49 p.m. for a man that had been hit by a car in the front yard. The man died from his injuries.
15611. Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a hit-and-run that occurred Saturday night in Lindenhurst. Authorities say Jose Batres Mendez, 53, was struck by a motorcycle while crossing North Strong Road just before 6 p.m.
15612. “You’ve had six months to think about it,” Mike told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS. “Six months is a long time. You know what you did. You really need to do the right thing, and please turn yourself in. Our family really needs closure.”
