15311. More than one year after the hit-and-run death of a man in Raleigh, the driver responsible still has yet to be identified. MPD is urging the public to come forward with any information that may lead to an arrest in the slaying of Timothy Dodson.

At about 6:40 p.m., a dark-colored sedan — possibly a 2010-13 Honda Civic — headed south on Fallbrook Avenue near Victory Boulevard hit a pedestrian and fled without stopping to help, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a news release. That pedestrian, a 76-year-old woman, was severely injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
15313. Los Angeles police on Friday sought the public’s help to identify the driver who severely injured a woman in a hit-and-run accident in East Hollywood. A surveillance video released by detectives shows the moment a vehicle hit the 22-year-old woman as she crossed Western Avenue.
15314. Jamir Dabney, the 14-year-old killed in a hit-and-run crash nearly two weeks ago, was laid to rest on Friday and McKinney police say they still have no leads on the driver.

15316. Police said Leroy Abrahams, 65, of West Palm Beach, was crossing Broadway near 32nd Street just after 7:30 p.m. when he was hit by a car driving south.
15317. CHICAGO – A 60-year-old man was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash Saturday in north suburban Waukegan. Police found the severely injured man lying on the road near Route 41 and Northpoint Boulevard. He was pronounced dead a short time later by the Waukegan Fire Department. The victim has not yet been identified by the Lake County Coroner’s Office.
15318. Police say they have located the car they suspect is connected to a hit-and-run crash in northeast Minneapolis early on New Year’s Day that left a woman seriously injured, but no arrests have been announced.
