488. Howell, NJ. June 6. 29-year-old state trooper struck and killed by a black Volkswagen while stopped at an abandoned vehicle call. Details of that stop very shady (search pictured). Here’s the NJSP press release.
489. Ft. Myers, Fla. June 5. 28-year-old comedian (Joshua Pollock; not sure if that vid’s him, but it came up on a search) struck by two vehicles and killed. First vehicle fled; second vehicle stayed. No further info available.
490. St. Cloud, Minn. June 6. 22-year-old man injured when struck by “a dark-colored Dodge Neon or Dodge Stratus, which should have front passenger-side damage” and fled the scene.
491. Olmstead, Ohio. 46-year-old man struck and killed by a yet-identified hit-and-run artist.
492. Minneapolis, Minn. June 6. Three people injured when the car in which they were driving was struck by a Dodge Ram truck from which driver and others ran away. Truck had dealer plates.
493. Wichita, Kan. June 5. 31-year-old motorcyclist hospitalized after being struck in a construction zone by a “large, black pick-up truck that was pulling a jet ski at the time of the crash.” Truck backed up, and fled.
494. San Antonio, Texas. June 5. 17-year-old on a bicycle injured after being struck by a yet-described vehicle which fled the scene.
495. Macon, Ga. June 4. 57-year-old man struck and killed by what evidence left at the scene indicated was “a Honda Accord, apparently from the model years 1998-2002,” color not-determined.
