368. Sand Springs, Ok. May 7. 40-year-old woman dies after being struck by a SUV owned by a man who was arrested for public intoxication an hour earlier. The guy who took the car from there “got out of his vehicle; looked at the crash scene, and then drove away. He then got back into his SUV and tried to tried away, but the vehicle stalled in a park and he took off on foot.” Because of all that, Melissa Eubanks is dead. (This one literally turns my stomach.)
369. Las Vegas. May 7. 35-year-old woman fatally struck by a white SUV (after she’d been struck by a Dodge pickup) which stopped momentarily before fleeing the scene near the new Wynn Las Vegas.
370. Lebanon, Ohio. May 7. 18-month-old boy “suffered severe head trauma and was bleeding from the ears” after being struck by a truck. Unclear if the driver knew.
371. Houston. May 5. Woman found lying in highway without identification on her; investigators say she had either been hit by a car, or possibly thrown out of a vehicle.
372. Hamilton, Ohio. May 2. 19-year-old wheelchair-bound woman struck by a teal green pickup truck with an egg-shell colored camper top and dual rear wheels. She suffered just minor injuries, thankfully.

In Taipei, a hit-and-run victim went unattended to by 15 motorists and/or motorcyclists.
A Hong Kong container-truck driver gets charged with dragging a four-month boy to his death in Shenzhen. Video helped catch him.
Leung stopped his truck at a traffic light where pedestrians noticed the baby stuck underneath, still crying and moving his limbs. Following their urgings, Leung got out of the truck and walked to the rear to see for himself. But he did nothing to rescue the baby and simply drove away, prosecutors said.
