In 2008, a 53-year-old teacher/Cardinals fan was killed by a hit-and-run driver outside a Phillies game. That driver was caught and sentenced to 7-14 years in prison.
This season, a young Phillies fan was hit-and-ran in San Francisco, where he and his family had just watched a Phils/Giants game. The driver was also caught. The boy survived and recently went home from the hospitals at which he recovered.
And last night, a 91-year-old man was treated and released from the hospital after being struck by a vehicle which fled the scene outside Citizens Bank Park. Per Philly.com:
The man, whose identity has not bee released, was struck by a gray Nissan pickup truck with a Delaware license plate about 9:10 p.m. in the 800 block of Pattison Avenue, Chief Inspector Scott Small said.

Now, this is not to blame the Phillies for the hit-and-runs, merely a coincidence that three are so closely associated with their games. In fact, the team was kind enough to send me a Jimmy Rollins jersey while I was still hospitalized recovering from a non-baseball-related hit-and-run and let me watch the Phils/Cubs batting practice from the field beforehand.
