So much so, in fact, that I’ve been checking back in for updates on the case, which brought me to the 911 call about the melee in question. Per WCNC…

911 operator: Sir, how many people?
Caller: Uh, it’s at least 200 people.
911 operator: That are fighting?
Caller: Yes, yes, yes.
Caller: He has a sword and an ax. He has a sword and an ax.
Officers responded to 911 calls to 617 E. 28th Street, at the NDemand Entertainment Complex, around 2 a.m. Monday morning. By the time police arrived, many of the people had already left and not everyone was cooperating with the police.
