I’m not sure where this here video was recorded. Its title is “Ford’s Fight Part 2 Young man thrown around by cops.” In it, a young man does gets manhandled by a cop who doesn’t seem to like back talk.
Also, and perhaps more tellingly, take time to fully appreciate the raycess comments made by an observer starting at the 0:53 mark. Spoiler alert: Yes, the young man is, in fact, black; yes, this does, in fact, happen near Martin Luther King Day and yes, we do, in fact, hear the moment that you realize ‘oh damn, he has a video camera and he’s recording as I say these things.’
