Well, this’ll oughta be quick: Nothing all that noteworthy in the papers today. So, searching low, I found the Times’ “chess” column which centers on an American grandmaster’s victory in Philly. Woo. Hoo.
Now, put the computer down and get on the other side of your front door. It’s beautiful outside.
Update: Whoops. That’s what I get for putting the sports sections inside the crossword puzzle section (so as to counter newsprint’s inherent flimsiness which makes writing in little boxes more difficult); there was a noteworthy story in the Times about the women who’ve made the NFL stand up and accept responsiblity for TBI.
