While it’s a couple rungs above “stealing Christmas gifts from cars at the mall,” this 30-something scumbagette reminds us all that nothing good happens in South Philly around 3:30 a.m. To wit:
South Detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspect wanted for theft in South Philadelphia. On October 23, 2014, at 3:24 am, an unknown female was captured on surveillance video driving past the complainant’s residence on the 1100 block of Fitzgerald Street. A short time later after the vehicle passes the complainant’s residence, an unknown female approaches the residence taking Halloween decorations from the front steps. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: White female, 30-40 years-of-age, thin build, 5’4″-5’6″, hair pulled in a bun, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and dark colored sneakers.
If you see this suspect do not approach her, contact 911 immediately.
