This YouTube video is titled “North Philly school bus fight.” While the fight seems to be going on aboard one or two Philadelphia school buses parked at 3rd and Norris, you can’t really see it.
All you can do is wonder how in the hell a pack of kids got control of these two vehicles of transportation and how the School District is pretty much helpless to stop this type of thing from happening. Because good God almighty, if those two adult-looking types who hop aboard 0:15 are drivers who pulled over to do whatever the heck it is they’re doing, well, that’s something that the city will need answers for.
