Anthony Hardy Williams did more than use a broom and trash bag during today’s annual citywide cleanup.
Combining the impromptu nature of a flash mob with a rendition of the Harlem Shake, a viral dance craze, Williams joined dozens of student volunteers working to beautify Southwest and South Philadelphia and created “trash mobs.”
