The heroic Philadelphia District Attorney’s Dangerous Drug Offenders Unit teamed up with the Philadelphia Police Highway Patrol, SWAT and K-9 units to arrest a pair of oldheads from Wilkes Barre for trying to “sell 20 pounds of high grade marijuana to undercover officers in the parking lot of the Franklin Mills Mall.”
Then, once the streets of Philadelphia were safe and secure from this scourge (except for that guy in Southwest Philly who got hit by stray A-15 fire in his bed within hours of said bust), they released a bunch of photos of said heroism, including this one of the back of a 2002 Chrysler Voyager. This news was gobbled up by the local press as if it represented Cheetos in the middle of a munchies binge.
