I’m not sure what this chap was doing, all shirt-and-tied up on Fifth Street, a little north of the Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1) around 9:15 a.m. Monday morning. But whatever it was, it necessitated photos of women in a clear binder or folder or Trapper Keeper-variant.
I shot this picture in case police may need it for evidentiary purposes someday.
UPDATE: Per a commenter on Facebook’s worry that this chap would hire an attorney because of this post, I’d like to assure everyone that this whole post is a one-off joke and excuse to use the phrase “binder full of women” in a blog-post headline. Philly Blunt, nor anyone who reads it, should interpret this as an accusation that the man in a shirt and tie is a criminal. He was just a man in a shirt and tie who had a binder full of women within plain view on a public street in Philadelphia. I apologize for any pain and suffering this post may have caused this man or his family. It was not my intention to make them, or anyone, think twice about carrying clear Trapper Keeper-variants with pictures or women therein.
