Ocean County (NJ) Prosecutors Office, Seaside Heights PD Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves

So, let’s see if I have this right: Guy drinks at least a six pack, floors it when cops tell him to stop down the Jersey Shore because he’s worried about a DUI and the weed pipe he has on him, flees, admits he killed an American Idol contestant during questioning when caught the next day, and pleads guilty to eluding police and drunk-driving charges?

Yeah, bang-up job, Chief Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor William J. Heisler and the dipshit police of Seaside Heights. Way to boost your precious conviction rate with Alexis Cohen’s blood dripping off your fingertips.

Heisler said other charges contained in an indictment against Bark will be dismissed as part of a plea bargain.

Those charges are aggravated manslaughter, death by auto and knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal accident. They related to the death of Alexis Cohen. 25, of Allentown, Pa., whose lifeless body was found in the road at Bay and Dupont avenues in Seaside Heights about an hour after Bark fled from the bicycle officers on Dupont Avenue.

And don’t think for one fucking second that you’re any better than your client, bottom-feeding lawyer Michael T. Nolan Jr. of the Brick law firm Kelly and Nolan (732-477-8121 or 888-415-7141) for pulling the client-wasn’t-advised-of-his-rights antics. Shame on you and your mindset.
