Rhamu Rhamu

Frigid?
Meet Rhamu and Yolanda Nixon who are caught in a he said gunplay’s involved/she said he’s cheatin’ whirlwind. After the guy who lists his profession as “comedian” heard the shots fired at his brand-new truck, “I couldn’t breathe good. I got asthma instantly. He took off running down the street.” Everybody was laughing about that, including Rhamu. “I didn’t have anything to do with that,” Yolanda interjects.
But the laughter ceased when the court-versation turned to financial quabbles they’d had, and how Rhamu apparently “puts the capital D in Deadbeat.” Yawn.
Maybe it’s just that I can’t get yesterday’s crack-whore/lazy-eye showdown out of my head, but this episode sucks. Well, make that “this episode sucked until Yolanda started talking about some sort of ‘one-eyed woman with spaghetti’ and Rhamu invoked the right to use the ‘amber lamps‘ pronunciation of ‘ambulance’ in relation to a story about the time he thought he got voodoo’ed before he got Tasered by The Law.”
At least it all ended with Judge Lynn giving them a tearful lecture about the potential tragedies of random gunplay, relating the story of a nephew getting shot in the lung and dying before his father could say goodbye.
If it hadn’t, I was considering making a shift to Judge Alex rather than a show that lets random gunplay go unpunished. I mean, where else am me gone see something like this …
