Philadelphia Police just issued a press release announcing the third suspect in a Mt. Airy Rite-Aid Pharmacy robbery has been taken into custody in Atlanta. Here it is:
The Philadelphia Police Department would like to extend its gratitude to the media, public and the Atlanta Georgia Police Department for helping us arrest the suspects responsible for the robbery at the Rite Aid Store located at 1315 East Washington Lane. Atlanta Police Department arrested Adolphus Walker after fleeing the Philadelphia area shortly after the robbery. Offenders Isaiah Walker and David Murray were arrested by Philadelphia Police.
On Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 8:00pm, 14th District officers responded to a 9-1-1 call of an armed robbery in progress inside the Rite Aid Store located at 1315 East Washington Lane. When the 14th district officers arrived, they found three employees restrained in handcuffs but uninjured. During close time, three armed males entered into the store and demanded money. They handcuffed the employees and took $3000 in cash, lottery tickets, cigarettes and cigars prior to fleeing the store.
