Let’s Try Out A Hangover ‘Remedy’ That Was Sent For Reviewing Purposes

First time I tried “Hangover Sucks” was a weekday hosting-Quizzo-induced hangover.

The initial thing that struck me about it: Not really the nicest of tastes. However, two lozenges temporarily battled back a slight headache (but, I still still needed to drop an aspirin or two when it reared back up within an hour). However, the alleviation took a bit of the normal hangover edge away.

Groggy, but painful.

Now, this was initally pitched to me as a snow-hangover angle.

Whether the snow comes in inches or feet, be prepared and make sure to buy Hangover Sucks before the storm! You can have some fun as you watch the snowflakes fall with some delicious cordials and not worry about feeling the effects after the snow settles.

Hangover Sucks ($4.95) lollipops and candy drops were created by healthcare professionals to help alleviate the symptoms of a hangover. The pops and drops replenish key vitamins, minerals and help with rehydration in a more direct, slow way since too much at once can lead to stronger symptoms instead of relief.

By the time I got them via U.S. Mail at the end of February, though, there was scant drinkable snowfalls left with which to test it out.

So, the second time I tried it was a couple weeks later. Though no snow, the temperature did drop about 40 degrees overnight that night. Wasn’t that bad of a hangover. Just went out for a few to watch the Barca/Man City match.

While the taste was still a lil off-putting, the lozenge did, in fact, dust me off.

Third time? It did very little to alleviate the ‘gover.

Which leads me to believe that the best remedy for a hangover remains pounding a gallon of water before one goes to bed tipsy. Still, as a gag gift, you could do worse, I suppose.

In any event, I’ll take a few with me to Vegas this weekend. That should be a good test.
