And finally — more on this later when I’ve had time to track down info — but it sounds like Temple drop-out/hit-and-run extraordinaire Nick Hasselback has changed representation from Andrew Gay Jr. (chronicled extensively on this site) to a public defender. Odd to pull the poor card, considering I’ve heard tales of Nicky Poo’s old East Falls apartment being cash-laden enough to draw a trio of shotgun toting robbers. And that they had enough cash not only to get him out on a five-figured bail while retaining an additional few lawyers just in case. Infuriating that he and his family are enough of a fucking weasel to expect public dollars to represent someone who wasn’t raised effectively enough to have the compassion to just stop when he nearly killed someone. Everything that’s wrong with the world, rolled up under one suburban roof.
