520. Chicago. June 13. Five people, including two police officers, injured in a car/car/cruiser crash from which the driver fled on foot and has yet to be found.
521. Copiague, NY. June 13. 27-year-old man walking with his cousin struck and killed by a Toyota sedan from which the driver, wearing a yellow shirt, ran. Left a car with Washington state plates behind. The cousin was unscathed.
522. Lubbock, Texas. June 14. Person hospitalized after being struck by an SUV outside a nightclub. Details just emerging.
523. Overland Park, Mo. June 12. Pedestrian struck and injured by a “a light blue, 2005 to 2007 Ford Mustang coup with bright chrome wheels.” Driver fled before police arrived.
524. Winona, Minn. June 12. 20-year-old woman walking with a group of friends struck and injured by a “minivan or small SUV,” the description of which wasn’t captured.
525. Westboro, Mass. June 14. Pedestrian struck and killed on a highway. Driver didn’t stop. No disabled vehicle found. Details just emerging now.
