4957. Tulsa, Okla. March 30. Man fatally struck by a red 2011 GMC pickup truck which fled the scene; driver later arrested.
4958. Kissimee, Fla. March 30. 65-year-old man fatally struck by a 2003 Kia Spectra which fled the scene.

4961. Madison, Wisc. March 30. 7-year-old boy injured struck by a white Nissan which fled the scene.

MEMPHIS, TN – (WMC-TV) – Memphis police have found the two people involved in a deadly late night hit and run. Authorities say Curtis Echols was left for dead in the street while the suspects were able to get away.
On Sunday, his family is hoping for justice in this unsolved mystery.
Eric Bowden says he looked at 59-year-old Curtis Echols, “Woody” as he was affectionately known, like a father.
“It’s hard to talk about cause it brings tears to your eyes to see all of this just think about the suffering part,” said Bowden.

Cave Junction, Ore.– For the second time this year the community rallied to remember Jarred Houston and Robert Calvin. Police said in October 2013 the two men had gotten into a fight along the highway when a driver hit them and fled the scene.

DENVER – Police impounded a car used to purposefully hit a man twice outside a 7-Eleven in Denver, but officers are still looking for the suspect.
The victim, Alejandro Lopez, 29, told 7NEWS that he went to the 7-Eleven at East 11th Avenue and Yosemite Street with his two kids and a friend to get some snacks on January 3.
He said his son swung a bag of chips which accidentally hit his sister in the face.
“The woman behind us said if he were her son, she would spank him,” Lopez said. “My friend told her to mind her own business.”

Police have charged a 34-year-old man with driving under the influence and fleeing the scene after the car he was driving struck a 50-year-old woman in the Norwood Park East neighborhood Saturday.
Ciprian Tanase, of the 5200 block of West Foster Avenue, was charged with one felony count of failure to report an accident causing injury, one felony count of aggravated DUI in the case of an accident causing bodily harm and one felony county of DUI with a revoked license. Tanase was also charged with one misdemeanor count of failure to give information or render aid after a crash causing injury, one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without insurance, and one municipal count of negligent driving.
