7698. Pasco, Wash. Dec. 30. Pedestrian injured when struck by a Chevy Blazer which fled the scene.
7699. New Orleans, La. New Year’s Eve. Man fatally struck by a four-door black sedan which fled the scene. Victim dragged six miles.
7700. Washington, DC. New Year’s Eve. 36-year-old man fatally struck by a blue or black Chevrolet Equinox which fled the scene.
7701. Detroit, Mich. New Year’s Day. Woman fatally struck by a GMC Yukon which fled the scene.

During an interview with law enforcement, police say Williams claimed to have blacked out while driving Friday evening. She admitted to taking medication that makes her drowsy, police said.
