SAGINAW, MI — Prosecutors have charged a Birch Run Township man in connection with the hit-and-run crash that killed a woman jogger in August in Frankenmuth Township.
The man, 25, is charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death in the early Aug. 30 death of Lisa Samson-Moore.
