10607. Philadelphia police are still searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a man walking his dog over the weekend. Family members have identified the victim as 26-year-old Michael Canals. Michael Canals, who worked for the music venue “The Met Philadelphia,” was walking with his dog Rosie when they were both struck by a Pontiac minivan while walking along the 700 block of West Berks Street.

10610. On yet another Halloween, state police are seeking tips and reminding the community of a reward offered in the hit-and-run death four years ago of a Central Michigan University student. Ryan Tsatsos, of Macomb, was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Union Township on Halloween night in 2015.

10613. PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police are searching for the driver wanted in a hit-and-run that critically injured a 57-year-old man in North Philadelphia. Police say the victim was struck by a dark-colored Honda on the 3300 block of North 17th Street just after 2 a.m. Saturday.
10614. PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police say a pickup truck driver fled the scene after crashing into a boat and sending it into the middle of the roadway.

10616. A 16-year-old-boy who was critically injured after being struck in a hit-and-run in August was released from the hospital on Friday, according to Los Angeles Police Department Detective Moses Castillo.
10617. A 38-year-old man was killed by a hit-and-run driver who ran a red light Friday morning in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, police said.
10618. CLEMENTON, N.J. (CBS) — A South Jersey family is heartbroken after a mother was killed on her way to the grocery store in a hit-and-run. The incident happened shortly before 7:30 p.m. on the 2000 block of College Drive in Gloucester Township on Friday night. “My daughter was Patti Mills,” Trudy Redstreke, the victim’s mother, said. “She was hit here lsat night and I just want someone please to come forward.”

But it wasn’t until he became a dad that he saw the hit-and-run death of his older sibling Mark Jagielski from another perspective. “It amazes me that my parents were able to be normal after that and that they were able to be successful,” Michael Jagielski said Tuesday.
10621. Disturbing new video shows a fatal hit and run in Los Angeles and more than 30 vehicles driving around the injured pedestrian’s body without stopping. The deadly incident took place Friday night in Van Nuys, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
