11584. A 15-year-old was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash along a Sayreville highway, officials said.
11585. MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man who witnessed a deadly hit-and-run crash in Whitehaven says he desperately tried to stop traffic when the victim was initially hit.
11586. When police arrived, they found a girl on the street with serious injuries. The victim was airlifted to a hospital in El Paso, where she died on Monday. Police have not released the girl’s name.

11592. Chicago police are investigating after a 70-year-old woman was struck and killed in Garfield Park on the West Side Thursday.
11593. A nurse who was passing by stopped and was able to stabilize the man until EMTs arrived. He was in critical condition when taken to Community Regional Medical Center, but is expected to survive, Biggs said.
11594. The victim was a 59-year-old man, according to an FHP report. He was standing or walking on the south shoulder of MLK Parkway when the right front of the vehicle hit him, the report says.
11595. Witnesses told police the driver hit two pedestrians before driving off. A 44-year-old woman died at the hospital. A 53-year-old woman is in critical condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.
11596. Police are searching for the driver involved in a hit-and-run that left a woman critically injured in South Philadelphia. Authorities say the woman was struck by a vehicle at 3rd Street and Oregon Avenue just after 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

INDIANAPOLIS — A 12-year-old girl struck by a hit-and-run driver while walking to her bus stop Friday on the northeast side has died, police said. … “She did not deserve that, and we just want you to do the right thing. Do the right thing for this child. Not even for yourself, do the right thing for this child and turn yourself in immediately,” Burris said.
11598. MILWAUKEE — Police in Wisconsin are searching for the driver of a car they say intentionally struck a 15-year-old girl in a grocery store parking lot.
11599. Police say witnesses report the student was attempting to board a stopped school bus when she was struck by a passenger car. After striking the student, the driver of the car fled the scene. Police say a witness who observed the crash followed the fleeing vehicle, however, and the driver was taken into custody by officers.
11600. A Chicago man who allegedly ran over two pedestrians with his BMW early Sunday in Lakeview before striking a cyclist who had stopped to help them was on probation for killing a 93-year-old woman with his car in 2018, authorities said.
