1402. Citrus Heights, Cal. March 13. 18-year-old suffers critical head injury when struck by a vehicle which fled the scene.
1403. Mesa, Az. March 13. 69-year-old man struck and killed by a 2006-2007 black sedan, possibly a Subaru similar to a Tribeca, which fled the scene.
1404. Rochester, NY. March 12. 41-year-old man fatally struck by a vehicle. Officials say two hours after the accident, the owner of the vehicle flagged down an officer to report his car had been stolen. The vehicle has been recovered.
1405. Forest Acres, SC. March 10. Woman injured after being struck by a blue, mid-1990s Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable that should be missing a passenger side mirror.
1406. Visalia, Cal. March 13. 2-year-old boy on scooter injured when struck by an SUV from which the driver got out but fled after realizing what had happened.
1407. Bovina, Miss. March 13. 42-year-old man critically injured after being struck by a vehicle which fled the scene.
