640. Los Angeles. July 15. 11-year-old boy (pictured) killed after being struck by “a female hispanic driver in a dark-colored, full-size SUV that sped away from the scene after hitting the child. The driver is believed to be 20 to 25 years of age. A good samaritan followed the SUV for a few blocks, but was unable to stay with the vehicle.”
641. Pikeville, Ky. July 14. 18-month-old injured after being struck by a vehicle which fled the scene and got into another collision and resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old woman.
642. Indianapolis. July 15. Bicyclist struck and injured by a yet-identified vehicle that fled.
643. New Smyrna Beach, Fla. July 14. Man on bicycle struck and injured by a yet-identified vehicle that fled the scene.
644. Atlanta. July 15. Standout track star injured when struck by an SUV while running. “According to the police report, the SUV driver was a woman, who parked the vehicle, got out and looked at D’Angelo laying on the ground. The driver then got back in her car and drove away. Police are still searching for the driver.”
645. Tulsa, Ok. July 16. Man walking struck by a large vehicle which fled the scene. No further information available yet.
646. San Antonio, Texas. July 15. 47-year-old man fatally struck by two vehicles, neither of which remained at the scene.
