A League City woman is accused of striking a high school student with her car in Houston and driving off after throwing him a Christian booklet. Aida Hillen, 52, was charged with failure to stop and render aid on Nov. 30 and a warrant for her arrest has been issued.
According to the probable cause document, on Oct. 14, around 5:15 p.m., a Milby High School student was crossing Broadway Street near his school and was about to step on the curb when he was struck in the right side by a car traveling southbound on Broadway Street causing him to fall.
The 15-year-old student stated that the driver of the car stopped briefly and asked if he was OK. When he replied “no,” the woman tossed a Christian booklet out of the window and drove away, he told police.

Some of Morrison’s family members think they know who the suspect is. Morrison’s wife said goodbye to her husband of 45 years Monday.
“They killed my husband and I want him to turn himself in. I know his family. I know his father. I know they’re all good people,” Carrie Morrison said.
Police have identified the 17-year old who fled on foot after the crash but are not saying when or if the driver will be arrested. “He needs to do the right thing and turn himself in so we can get some closure as to what’s taken place,” Moore said.
