Not sure what led up to this here fracas that left a driver unwilling to get out of his/her car to face the wrath of screaming-lady-in-street. But it’s a quintessentially South Philly moment of aggression and screamy stuff.
Anybody know where exactly this was?
It’s at the corner of 13th and Wharton. The building in the background is Christopher Columbus Charter School, and there is a restaurant on the opposite (northeastern) corner.
