FC Barcelona won a typically mesmerizing El Clásico vs. Real Madrid on Sunday. The final score was 4-3. It pulled Barca back within one point of the La Liga lead. A loss would have knocked them out of contention.

Lionel Messi, the G.O.A.T., scored a hat trick in the match (though two were from the penalty stripe). He also had an assist. Performances like this further cement the aforementioned G.O.A.T. status.

I think Pepe, who is a total a-hole, is whispering something along the lines of, “You are the best. We can’t stop you” to Messi.
Here’s another shot of him kissing the Barca crests after polishing off a hat trick, and vanquishing his foes.

Marca, the pro-Real-Madrid rag, had a peculiar way of sharing Messi’s excellence with its Monday editions. Namely, it scrubbed all images of Leo from his covers. Bahahahaha.

After the game, Cristiano Ronaldo complained that the refs were working against Real Madrid. This picture shows where he was fouled in a PK-inducing offense. Fun fact: He shouldn’t have been given a penalty kick as it was outside the box (H/T homencat)

Here’s a Vine of that missed call, too.
Here’s are the match highlights.
Here’s my lad dancing in his Messi jersey in Philadelphia. Aw.
