
You know things are going well when the neighborhood monthly shows up on your front steps with a story about a local “sustainable design graduate student” who wowed some contest judges with an idea “inspired by the stick-and-pouch” hobo bags.
It absolutely infuriated me that nowhere in the Fallser article did it refer to the bag as its proper name — bindle — but whatever. Stories about bindles are rare anymore. So, good on you, Josh Butz, livin’ the dream.
