Listen, Katy Perry’s coming to town — or at least so I’ve hear — for the DNC over the next two days. This is a big deal. But in the meantime, there are other celebs on hand in Philly for the convention-related events. I’ve met two of them so far: Michael Rapaport and Jerry Springer.
