An eagle-eyed reader sent along this photo of Terrie Fleming from what he/she believes to be former Philadelphia Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers’ recent retirement party.
Fleming — who apparently dates a firefighter — currently faces charges of homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and, among others, reckless endangerment in connection with the Oct. 2013 fatal hit-and-run of 19-year-old Ceeanna Pate.
But her bail situation being what it is, she’s able to head out on the town still.
