Ever since we moved up to East Falls from Fairmount in 2005, I’d wondered who was behind the big shamrock that’s annually painted at the intersection of Midvale and Ridge aves.
Spurred on by seeing it during last weekend’s EF Bar Crawl, I found out who it was. His name’s Tom Doyle, and he’s a really cool dude.
