Granted, I wasn’t at either of Ms. Katy Perry’s two concerts in Philadelphia this week. I am ashamed of this.
However, frequent Billy Murphy’s Irish Saloonery Quizzo-er Jamie L. was. And she took Ms. Perry at her word that she would be going to the Rocky Steps after Tuesday night’s show.
Ms. Perry is a woman of her word.
And Ms. Jamie was kind enough to share photographic proof, as Quizzo questions have been known to touch on my affinity for Ms. Perry’s oeuvre of work.
