16916. BLACK DIAMOND, Wash. — Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver in Black Diamond. According to the Black Diamond Police Department, officers responded to a vehicle vs. pedestrian hit-and-run near the intersection of 3rd Ave and Jones Lake Road on Saturday, July 25, at around 11 p.m.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A 29-year-old woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle just seconds after getting out of a rideshare in Southwest Philadelphia’s Eastwick section early Monday morning. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Talyia Bernice Nesmith of Philadelphia, according to police.
