15169. MADISON COUNTY, Ill. — A hit-and-run crash killed a 43-year-old Edwardsville man along Route 143 near Kendall Drive on Thursday afternoon. The victim has been identified as Pablo Puente. Roxana Police discovered Puente’s body at 2:40 p.m. on October 4, just one day after he was reported missing by his family. A preliminary investigation suggests the cyclist was deliberately hit by a vehicle that fled the scene.
15170. Last week, police released photos of a vehicle sought in the case and a “concerned citizen” helped police identify the car and its driver, the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office announced. Detectives from the prosecutor’s office and Washington Township Police located the alleged driver, Destiny Esquilin, 26, and the vehicle, a 2021 Honda Civic, at a residence in Vineland on Wednesday, the prosecutor’s office said.
15171. Two men are seriously injured after being hit by a suspected DUI driver in Center City Philadelphia. It happened around 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Market and Juniper streets. Police say a 63-year-old man was driving in a white Lincoln SUV near City Hall when he lost control and jumped a curb. A man in his 50s and another in their 30s were waiting to cross the street when they were struck, police said. Police say the driver took off after the crash but was later arrested on the 1700 block of North Broad Street.
15172. CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — East Pennsboro Township Police Department are searching for a suspect involved in a hit-and-run crash on Nov. 1.
15173. NEWARK — A $5,000 reward is being offered for solid information related to a hit-and-run that took the life of a pedestrian in 2021.
15174. Investigators say a gray or black four-door sedan hit a 54-year-old woman who was crossing the street near Western and Marquette. The driver took off, and the victim died from her injuries. No further information was immediately available.
15175. A person was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Teaneck Thursday night, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

15178. KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – A hit-and-run collision along a Kansas City bridge has left a pedestrian dead as police continue to search for the vehicle that killed her.
15179. Police are searching for a suspect after a hit-and-run collision in Los Angeles left a teenager dead on Friday. According to the California Highway Patrol, the Exposition Park Department of Public Safety received a report for a hit-and-run crash on state property, within the park in an outdoor parking lot.

15181. Tampa Police say they are looking for the suspect in a deadly hit-and-run crash early Tuesday morning in the area of N Orient Road and E 8th Avenue.
15182. Police are investigating a hit-and-run near downtown Denver that resulted in serious injuries. Just before 7 a.m. on Wednesday, the Denver Police Department said they were investigating a crash that involved a pedestrian and a motorist.

15185. El Paso Police are asking the public’s help in identifying the driver involved in a crash that killed two women on I-10 West near downtown. Two Hispanic women, one in her 30s and one in her mid to late teens, were trying to cross I-10 West on Nov. 16 just after 12:30 a.m.
15186. “I need justice for my mom, I need to know what car hit her, who was in the car, why she got hit, where was going, anything, any answers anything anybody got. Because I’m pretty sure she contacted somebody that early in the morning because that doesn’t make sense to me,” a family member said.
15187. Syracuse, N.Y. — A woman pedestrian was killed this weekend in Syracuse when she was struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run accident, police said.
15188. Officers located a 45-year-old man who had been struck by a vehicle and that man is now in critical condition at a local hospital, police said.
15189. OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police are searching for a driver who hit a man with his car and left the scene.
15190. BRIDGEPORT — City police are investigating after a man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run on Fairfield Avenue Monday evening, officials said.
