7615. San Jose, Cal. Dec. 19. 76-year-old woman fatally struck by a silver four-door Saturn which fled the scene.
7616. San Jose, Cal. Dec. 19. 22-year-old man fatally struck by a black BMW which fled the scene.
7617-18. Manheim, Pa. Dec. 20. Man and woman injured when struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.
7619. Los Angeles, Cal. Dec. 19. 13-year-old boy critically injured struck by a vehicle which fled the scene.
7620. Manitowoc, Wisc. Dec. 20. 27-year-old man struck by a Jeep Cherokee which fled the scene.
7621-57.Las Vegas, Nev. Dec. 20. 1 killed, 36 injured when intentionally struck by a Oldsmobile which fled the scene; driver later arrested.

7659. Southwest Miami, Dade, Fla. Dec. 21. 20-year-old man injured when struck by a silver Infiniti which fled the scene.
7660. Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 22. Man fatally struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.
7661. Suffern, NY. Dec. 21. Bicyclist fatally struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.

The hit-and-run happened near the intersection of Iowa Highway 9 and Emmet County blacktop A-22.

Philadelphia police are seeking public assistance in developing leads in solving a hit-and-run crash that happened nearly one year ago in the Holmesburg section of Northeast Philadelphia.
An unidentified truck traveling northbound on the 8100 block of State Road struck Theresa M. Pozzi while she was crossing westbound toward the mid-block bus stop at 5:20 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2014. Police say the vehicle, described as a black truck, was last seen fleeing northbound. Pozzi, 33, of the 600 block of Kimball Street, died at Aria-Torresdale Hospital at 6:38 p.m.
The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $15,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of the person responsible.

A Butte man sprang into action to try and stop a hit and run driver from fleeing by jumping in the back of the suspect’s truck bed early Saturday morning. Police said a Samaritan took down a drunk driver on the 800 block of S. Washington Street, essentially making a citizen’s arrest until police could arrive.
