Nagle, Wonder Woman

Nagle, Wonder Woman

… can be found here.

It’s about a guy from Far Northeast Philadelphia who (allegedly) had the gumption to stalk Det. Eames from Law and Order: Criminal Intent. Heading over to court now to see how it turns out. Hopefully, Vincent D’Onofrio doesn’t get all The Cell on ‘im.

To hear law-enforcement officials here and in New York City tell it, a 36-year-old married father of two from the Far Northeast was more than just a fan of actress Kathyrn Erbe, aka Det. Alexandra Eames on “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.”

Sandy Silverstein, spokesman for the Brooklyn (NY) District Attorney’s office, said Charles Nagle stands charged with stalking and aggravated harassment for, among other things, traveling to the set to get a photograph with the actress to whom he wrote two years of obsessive fan mail. Also known as “Chaz Rose,” he allegedly sent love-letters to Erbe’s relatives too and kept a blog about her.

Nagle will be at the Criminal Justice Center for a hearing this morning to determine whether he’ll be extradited to Brooklyn. Andrew Wellbrock, the Philadelphia assistant district attorney handling the case locally, said Nagle is being treated as a fugitive from justice and will face extradition provided the judge agrees they’ve provided proper paperwork.

Nagle – who pleaded guilty to corrupting a minor, false imprisonment, indecent assault and unlawful restraint in an unrelated 1996 case – has been held on $50,000 bail since his March 24 arrest. His attorney Robert Datner did not return a call for comment.
