NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police on Friday released a photo of the vehicle that was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run that left a woman critically injured earlier this week in Brooklyn.
Just after 12:30 p.m. this past Wednesday, the 46-year-old woman was struck around 12:30 p.m. at Fourth Avenue and Union Street, on the cusp of the Park Slope and Gowanus sections of Brooklyn.
Police described the vehicle involved as a blue 2008 Hyundai Elantra, with New York license plates GRM8448.

PILESGROVE – Authorities in Salem County have announced a $1,500 reward for information in connection with a deadly hit-and-run accident in Pilesgrove Township.
Chelsea Burns, 25, of Woodstown, was walking in the southbound lane of Alloway Road when she was struck by an unknown vehicle around 11:30 p.m. Oct. 17, authorities said. A short time later, she was struck by a second vehicle.
Authorities believe Burns was killed as a result of the first collision.

Instead of enjoying candy on Halloween, Dylan Greene, 12, spent the night in the intensive care unit at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. He was hit by a red Chevy pick-up truck while crossing the street across from his home on York Avenue.
