Always thought Anna Kendrick had a certain je ne sais quoi that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. I mean, I’ve thought this since “Up In The Air,” and “Pitch Perfect” stepped it up.
But now, with her portrayal of Ariel, the Little Mermaid, on Saturday night, that je ne sais quoi can be translated to “flat-out awesome, and who needs to define it even further than that?”
This skit served as evidence that, despite thoughts to the contrary this winter, The Little Mermaid still edges out Frozen as best Disn’y ever.
