4673. Santa Monica, Cal. Jan. 21. 17-year-old female jogger critically injured when struck by a 2010-2012 magnetic gray Toyota Corolla which fled the scene.
4674. Athens, NY. Jan. 23. 21-year-old man injured when struck by a black pickup truck which fled the scene. (Update: Arrest)
4675. Ventura, Cal., Jan. 24. Man injured when struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.
4676. Oklahoma City, Okla. Jan. 24. 50-year-old woman on bicycle injured when struck by a van which fled the scene.
4677. Hattiesburg, Miss. Jan. 25. 14-year-old male critically injured when struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.

4682. Northampton Twp., Pa. Jan. 27. Woman fatally struck by a vehicle which fled the scene; may have been recovered.
4683. Beaver Dam, Wisc. Jan. 26. 33-year-old man critically injured when struck by a dark-colored sedan which fled the scene.

LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) – Ludlow police arrested 20 year old Cote Dubay of Springfield and charged him with hit and run, and assault and battery with a motor vehicle relating to an incident Tuesday in the Big Y Supermarket parking lot.
Sgt Daniel Valadas told 22News Dubay’s car hit several people including two grocery store employees as he drove out of the Big Y parking lot late Tuesday morning. The workers were not seriously hurt.
Sgt Valadas said the suspect had been involved in a fight with his girlfriend.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — A 63-year-old woman has been accused of intentionally hitting seven parked vehicles and trying to hit three pedestrians, according to Colorado Springs police.
Pauline Cooper is now facing charges of Driving Under the Influence with negative results. Police said she may have caused about $7,500 in damage.
At around 12:30 p.m., Thursday, police were called to the 900 block of East Cimarron Street on the report of a hit-and-run accident. That’s near the intersection of East Pikes Peak Avenue and South Hancock Avenue.
Police said Cooper is accused of intentionally hitting seven parked vehicles. She also, according to police, tried to hit two pedestrians with her vehicle.
When Cooper was trying to hit a third pedestrian, police said she crashed her vehicle into a fence.

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Police in northwestern Indiana are calling the accident involving a bus carrying the Bellarmine University men’s basketball team a case of hit-and-run.

Investigators have determined that a dark-colored pickup at the scene of a double fatal in Vancouver on Sunday was not involved in the crash.
The pickup was behind a white Toyota Tacoma that police believe killed two women who were in a crosswalk at Northeast 72nd Avenue at Vancouver Mall Drive about 8 p.m. Sunday. Raisa Mosh, 45, died at the scene, and her friend, Irina Gardinant, 28, passed away after being transported to the hospital.

Suffolk County police have determined the car in a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in August is a white 1999 to 2006 Hyundai sedan.
Police said Friday the Vehicular Crimes Unit is looking for help in finding the car that struck and killed Joseph Santiago, 47, of Setauket, at about 1:20 a.m. Aug. 23.

PHOENIX — A woman has been arrested in connection with the fatal hit-and-run crash near Carefree Highway and 27th Avenue.
Police say the suspect is the victim’s girlfriend, 20-year-old Brittney Nolan.
She was booked on one count of leaving the scene of a fatal collision.
Police say Jacob Rice, 20, was walking south in a neighborhood in the area of 34000 North 27th Drive early Saturday morning when he was struck by a southbound black Nissan. Investigators believe he was walking in the bike lane.

BATTLE GROUND — Hundreds of people gathered here Saturday to grieve the passing of two women who were killed in last Sunday’s hit-and-run collision in the VanMall neighborhood of Vancouver.
People quietly filed into the pews at Word of Grace Bible Church in Battle Ground, filling the large hall.
Irina Gardinant and Raisa Mosh’s matching caskets were set before a stage that was lined with bouquets including two arrangements — one for each woman — that spelled out “Mom.” Gardinant left behind a husband and 2-year-old daughter, while Mosh left behind a husband and four children, including the 12-year-old son who was with her at the time of the collision.
The two women were fatally injured when they were struck by a white pickup while crossing Vancouver Mall Drive around 8 p.m. on Jan. 19. The boy suffered minor injuries in the incident. The pickup drove away.
Photos showed the women’s lives — their weddings, their celebrations, their travels and their time with family.
