Joe Frazier’s youngest son Derek, about whom I’ve written several times, sent me word last week that several items from Smokin’ Joe’s illustrious pugilism career are up for auction.
They include a glove signed by Joe, Ken Norton and Leon Spinks; the key to the city that Joe received from Charleston, SC; a collection of various autographs; autographed posters; the “Muhammad Ali & Joe Frazier Dual Signed Madison Square Garden Fight Poster from their 1st Fight” and Marvis’ cornerman jacket (actually, make that two).
