Before placing him into the back of a patrol car, a police officer reportedly felt a large bulge in the front of Woods’ jeans. Once he was at the police station, Woods was searched again and asked to remove his pants. He complied and police saw a large plastic bag containing nine clear bags, nine green bags, four red bags and 26 blue bags of suspected cocaine and 41 bags of suspected heroin tied around his penis.
When an officer attempted to untie the bag, Woods allegedly attempted to urinate on him. Woods was also in possession of $652 in small bills, police said. [Delaware County Times]
