Scene: Midvale and Ridge avenues, East Falls, side of Major Wing Lee’s deli. Luckily, this gentleman had zipped up already. The wall speaks to what he had just done, during 8:45 a.m. rush hour, at a busy intersection. Philadelphia, gotta love it.
Fun fact for non-locals: This isn’t too far from where former Mayor/Governor Ed Rendell and former U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter live, nor from where Grace Kelly used to reside.
